Spend an afternoon at JKP Studio learning the art of relief printmaking while creating your own set of handmade greeting cards!
In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn the process of designing, carving, and printing your very own linoleum block. We'll cover the fundamentals of relief printmaking, from transferring your design and safely using carving tools to inking and printing your finished block.
Create a design inspired by winter, nature, the holidays, or anything you'd like! You'll be provided with 10 blank greeting cards and matching envelopes to print during the workshop, but the creativity doesn't stop there. Your hand-carved block is yours to take home and use again and again, whether you're making more cards, printing on clothing, or experimenting with something new.
This small-group workshop is capped at four participants and offers plenty of individual guidance and room to explore your own creative ideas.
All materials are included, and no prior printmaking experience is necessary.
